At the age of two, Akim Camara started playing the violin. He expressed a strong desire to learn the violin after being moved by a concert he had seen. Camara’s mother gave her support for his enthusiasm by buying a violin, and she has been committed to playing ever since.

“If I knew you would do something like this, I would’ve never invited you!” I snapped, turning to Dad. “And you, Jess, how could you do this? You were my best friend!”
“I’m sorry, Hannah. But it sounds like a YOU problem if you can’t accept this.”
I was shocked.
“Leave!” I said. “Just get out! Both of you!”
